Photo Surveys: Establishing a CSPA Baseline Documenting the current state of your shorefront is particularly important with the implementation of the new Comprehensive Shoreline Protection Act (CSPA). We recently did just that for the Waukewan Watershed, placing over 400 GeoTagged images on an interactive Google Map.
